Return & Exchange Policy

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we're here to help.

We Accept Returns or Exchanges Only If:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

To Request a Return or Exchange:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange based on product availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
