We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we're here to help.
We Accept Returns or Exchanges Only If:
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
To Request a Return or Exchange:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange based on product availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Color variation due to screen settings
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
